Who doesn’t love a classic California roll? I find it’s hard to get sushi without ordering one. Here’s how you can bring that taste home for a quick, easy lunch that only takes about 10 mins to put together.
- 1/2 cup crab, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice (any kind will work)
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 avocado
- Siracha (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- Kewpie Mayo (to taste)
- It really is as easy as assembling your ingredients together. Mix your crab, cucumber and rice with the soy sauce, siracha, and mayo.
- Top with avocado and drizzle with more siracha and mayo.
- Spoon into seaweed wrappers and enjoy!
