Roasted Chickpeas

Feeling snackish? This is such an easy & tasty crunchy snack that’s filled with nothin’ but quality protein & healthy fats.

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Garlic Powder
  • Any additional spices you like!


  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Drain & rinse chickpeas. Dry off with a paper towel.
  3. Place the chickpeas on a baking tray and coat generously in avocado oil (or your oil of choice)
  4. Toss in a generous amount of spices.
  5. Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes. They should come out crunchy and crispy!
