Feeling snackish? This is such an easy & tasty crunchy snack that’s filled with nothin’ but quality protein & healthy fats.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of chickpeas
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Garlic Powder
- Any additional spices you like!
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Drain & rinse chickpeas. Dry off with a paper towel.
- Place the chickpeas on a baking tray and coat generously in avocado oil (or your oil of choice)
- Toss in a generous amount of spices.
- Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes. They should come out crunchy and crispy!
